Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your total order. If you are ordering more than one of the same type of item, you will only pay 50% of the shipping cost on each additional item of that type. See checkout for details.

Can i track my order?

You can only track your order if you have paid for the tracked service. We recommend all customers outside of the UK to pay for this additional service for ease of mind. Please note that this option is not available for all orders. 

What service do you use?

We currently work with Royal Mail for all Backstreet Merchandise deliveries in the UK. For International deliveries, parcels are passed onto national postal service.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in excellent condition suitable for resale and in its original packaging, for a replacement, exchange or refund of the same item. Please call or email our Customer Services department (customerservices@bsimerch.comor +44 20 8106 2494) for returns instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Postage/delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please obtain a proof of postage, as BSI Merch cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.
